Bachelor's degree in law from Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua (2010), LLM degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad de Alicante, Spain (2013). He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, participating in the registration and maintenance of intellectual property rights at the national and international levels. He has been involved in drafting and negotiating software, technology transfer, trademark assignment and licensing, know-how, and NDA agreements. He has developed and successfully implemented litigation strategies for the protection and defense of intellectual property rights.
